Children who are 2, 3, and 4 years old are often ready for preschool. Playing and learning go hand-in-hand for preschool students. Our teachers take pride in working with children to help them develop socially and emotionally. Each classroom is created to make our students feel comfortable, with furniture and manipulatives intentionally chosen to create a sense of comfort for children and invite them to relax and freely explore. Encouraging Preschool Students to Develop Socially, Emotionally, and Physically
Our preschool classrooms are designed to encourage curiosity in students, and with the help of our teachers, the satisfaction of discovering answers. Our teachers, along with materials provided in the classroom, encourage development in each preschool child. The children grow in the areas of social development, mathematical development, as well as language, and literacy. Our preschool children, from Coconut Grove, Pinecrest, Coral Gables, and South Miami, enjoy the social and physical environments our school provides. Knowing they are in a safe space encourages learning. Our preschool children learn how to grow as individuals, using skills that foster independence and self-reliance. When they enter the preschool class, they continue to learn to express themselves, not only through language but also through dance, painting, sculpture, and writing. Our teachers help each preschool student learn through exploration and discovery.

Our Reggio inspired philosophy brings teachers, students, and, oftentimes, parents together to develop critical early learning skills guided by the interests of the child.
